The Way We Were - What Happened?
This collection of pictures has many gaps - some small, some large. We have a few pictures from the 1966 - 1970 period; apparently, no one was sober enough in our first year to wind the film. Self-winding cameras preserved much for posterity.
From 1975 to 1980 images appear sporadically; reunions and golf tournaments were held almost every year and children of various ages appeared in our photos.
Then, from 1985 - 2005, there is a void: no pictures, no reunions? no golf? What happened.
I stopped in at Brian Blackwell's house in the fall of 2020 on a motorcycle trip to Vancouver Island. After some discussion and a small amount of highland whisky, he produced a few photo albums from his closet containing pictures not seen in 50 years. They are here.
There must be more. Dig deep, and send them to me.
